1. Services

AgentKick provides technical consulting and software delivery services for production AI agent systems, industrial IoT firmware, and regulated fintech integrations. Each engagement is governed by a scope document that defines specific deliverables, timelines, and exclusions.

2. Scope and Deliverables

All work is performed according to the signed scope document. Changes to scope after engagement kickoff are handled through our change request process and may incur additional fees.

3. Payment

AI Agent Production-Readiness Reviews are billed before work begins. Custom Build engagements are billed by milestone or phase as defined in the signed scope document. Fractional advisory retainers are billed in advance. All prices are in USD.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, configurations, and prompts created specifically for your project. We retain the right to reuse general patterns, techniques, and non-client-specific components.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, credentials, and business information as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., API calls to AI model providers).

6. Warranty and Bug Fixes

Custom Build engagements include a post-delivery bug fix window (duration specified in your scope document). Bugs are defined as deviations from the agreed scope. Feature requests and enhancements are not covered. Reviews and advisory retainers deliver written analysis rather than code; corrections to written deliverables are handled through the change request process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Advisory Retainers

Advisory retainers include the specific review cadence, hands-on limits, and response expectations described in your scope document. Unused allowances do not roll over between billing periods unless the signed scope document says otherwise.
